All Ability Cycle Club  

FREE cycling club open to all, regardless of age, experience or disability. All equipment will be provided, including relaxed tricycles (3 wheels), wheelchair bikes, handcycles, side-by-side bikes and many more. There are clubs on Saturdays (alternate weeks) at Higham Hill Park and Leyton Jubilee Park.

JoyRiders Britain CIC 

Fully led bike rides (sometimes bikes available to borrow) for women. This empowers women through enabling them to use a cheap, quick and safe mode of transport while improving both their mental and physical health.

Peabody Free Fitness Classes

Bags of Taste 

Free 2-week cooking courses at home. Learn how to cook cheap, healthy, delicious meals and save money. All meals cost less than £1 per portion. Courses are on WhatsApp, phone or email.  

Ingredients are delivered free to each student, with easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions.

Stories & Supper

Saturday morning workshops for refugees/asylum seekers at Gnome House – using storytelling, drama and poetry to build friendships, have fun, practise English, share food and make connections with the local community. Plus, we offer growing sessions at Higham Hill Common Allotments and the opportunity to be involved in public events.
